El Viaje del libro es un cortometraje documental que narra una relación humana entre el director y un hombre de Gambia (África) llamado Musa Keita. Una historia que deja en evidencia la irrevocable condición gregaria del ser humano, demostrando mediante un testimonio artístico un sentimiento fraterno que no entiende de contextos geográficos o sociales ni de fronteras.
El Viaje del libro is a documentary short film that narrates a friendly relationship between the director and a man from Gambia (Africa) named Musa Keita. This story reveals the irrevocable gregarious condition of the human being, showing through an artistic testimony a fraternal feeling that doesn’t understand geographical, social or borders contexts.

Plus Ultra es el lema del estado español. Con él se alentaba a los navegantes a conquistar nuevas tierras olvidando la advertencia de la mitología griega: Non Terrae Plus Ultra (No existe tierra más allá). Canarias —banco de pruebas de las tácticas utilizadas en la colonización de América— se convierte en el escenario de una fábula sobre el territorio.
“Plus Ultra” is the motto of the Spanish state. This slogan was used to encourage navigators to conquer new territories and to forget the warning from mythology: “Non Terrae Plus Ultra” (there is no land beyond here). The Canary Islands, testing ground for the tactics used during the colonization of the Americas, becomes the setting for a tale about this land.
