IV edición de Tenerife Shorts

Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Tenerife. Cuarta edición

Para participar en el Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes Tenerife Shorts por favor envía tu película a través de Reelport o de nuestra web antes del 15 de mayo de 2016.

In order to participate at Tenerife Shorts, please submit your film via Reelport or via our website before the 15th of May 2016.

 

Certamen Internacional de Cortometrajes y Certamen Canarias.
Bases de participación

 

CONDICIONES

1º Se podrán presentar al certamen cortometrajes con copia de proyección digital (con códec h264) a través de Reelport o de nuestra web.

2º La duración máxima de las películas no excederá de 30 minutos. Y deben haber sido estrenadas con posterioridad al 1 de enero de 2015.

3º La copia de exhibición de las películas no habladas en castellano deberá estar subtitulada en castellano. Las copias en castellano deben ser enviadas con subtítulos en inglés.

4º Se informará a la persona de contacto indicada en el formulario del resultado de la selección. Cada persona (física o jurídica) inscribirá como máximo 3 cortometrajes.

5º Las películas seleccionadas se exhibirán en sesiones públicas en los lugares y fechas que se anunciarán por la web oficial del Festival. No se harán proyecciones en tv o a través de internet en ningún caso.

6º Los fallos del Comité de Selección y de los Jurados son inapelables.

7º Los productores de los cortometrajes seleccionados autorizan la utilización de un fragmento de las obras (máximo un minuto), para su difusión como materia informativa en cualquier medio de comunicación, incluido Internet.

8º Todos los participantes, por el hecho de serlo, aceptan íntegramente las presentes bases, así como la resolución por la organización de cualquier problema no recogido en éstas. La inscripción supondrá por tanto la aceptación de las bases. No se podrá retirar la obra una vez inscrita en ningún caso.

 

PREMIOS TENERIFE SHORTS

1. A) Premio Tenerife Shorts al mejor cortometraje internacional: 500 Euros y diploma.
2. B) Premio del Público Tenerife Shorts al mejor cortometraje internacional: diploma.
3. C) Premio Tenerife Shorts al mejor cortometraje de Canarias: diploma para el ganador y 500 Euros (compartido entre los cortometrajes seleccionados).

 

Organizador y objetivos

Tenerife Shorts, es un festival internacional competitivo organizado por la asociación Tenerife Shorts, una asociación cultural sin ánimo de lucro que busca promover cortometrajes de todo el mundo, apoyando la producción de cortometrajes de las Islas Canarias.

La cuantía de los premios será para el realizador del film premiado. Dicha cuantía está sujeta a las retenciones que determine la ley vigente.

 

 

 

Internacional Short Film Competition Regulations

CONDITIONS

      1. The films must be submitted via Reelport or our website. Only films with digital copy  (h264 codec).

2. The maximum running time of films is 30 minutes. We will only accept films made after the 1st of January 2015.
3. The screening copy of films in languages other than Spanish must be subtitled in Spanish or must have a complete timecoded Spanish dialogue list or English dialogue list must be provided in .srt format
4. The contact person indicated on the entry form will be informed of the result of the selection. Each contact person may submit a maximum of 3 films.
5. The selected films will be shown in public screenings. Venues and dates will be announced in the official website of the Festival. The festival will never use the films for TV or online screeenings

     6.  Appeals cannot be made against decisions taken by the Selection Committee and Jury.

7. The producers of the selected short films authorize the use of a fragment of the work (a maximum of one minute) for inclusion in informative materials of the festival for the media news, including Internet.
8. The participation of everyone involved necessarily requires complete acceptance of these conditions, and the resolution of any problem not included therein by the festival. Registration therefore involves the acceptance of the conditions. The film will not be withdrawn after the submission in any case.

 

 

TENERIFE SHORTS AWARDS

1. A) TENERIFE SHORTS First prize: 500 Euros. Diploma
2. B) TENERIFE SHORTS Audience Award: Diploma
3. C) TENERIFE SHORTS Canary Islands Award: Diploma for the winner. 500 Euros (will be shared between the selected short films).

 

The amount of the awards will be sent to the director of the award-winning film. This amount is subject to taxation determined by laws in force at the time.

Tenerife Shorts – Tenerife International Short Film Festival, is an International Film Festival with a competition organized by Tenerife Shorts association, a non-profit cultural association and seeks to promote short films from all over the world, encouraging the production of short films from Canary Islands.
