Philip Ilson es codirector del London Short Film Festival, que cofundó en 2004. Philip Ilson is the Co-Director of the London Short Film Festival, which he co-founded in 2004. He was also the short film programmer for the BFI London Film Festival between 2006 and 2022 and has worked as a freelance programmer, including at the East End Film Festival (London), Cork Film Festival (Ireland), and the Branchage Festival (Jersey), Latitude Music festival, and at Curzon Soho Cinema.

Mathieu Janssen, vive en Nijmegen (Países Bajos) y es el coordinador artístico de Go Short – Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes. Tras terminar su máster en Sociología se enfocó en el periodismo como escritor independiente y como programador de debates públicos sobre temas sociales en la institución artística local. Debido a su amor por el cine, en 2013 cofundó el colectivo de proyecciones Deep End Film, y en 2018 Mathieu comenzó a trabajar en Go Short. Como impulsor del departamento de programación, es responsable de las secciones competitivas y de la programación fuera de competición, además de ser parte del comité de selección. Con Go Short cofundó la plataforma colaborativa internacional This Is Short. Mathieu también es preseleccionador en Vienna Shorts.
Mathieu Janssen (The Netherlands)
Mathieu Janssen, based in Nijmegen (the Netherlands) is artistic coordinator at Go Short – International Short Film Festival. After finishing his master in Sociology he focused on journalism as a freelance writer and as a programmer of public debates on social issues at the local art institution. Born from his love for films, in 2013 he co-founded the screening collective Deep End Film, and in 2018 Mathieu started his work at Go Short. As a driving force in the program department, he is responsible for the competitive sections, part of the selection committee and out-of-competition programs. With Go Short he co-initiated the collaborative international platform This Is Short. Mathieu is also a pre-selector at Vienna Shorts.

Lya lidera el departamento de festivales de Asian Shadows, una agencia cinematográfica de ventas internacionales en Hong Kong. Lya is Head of festivals at Asian Shadows, an International Sales agent in Hong Kong. After graduating from Cultural Management and Marketing and Creativity, she worked in different cultural industries before joining Asian Shadows in 2017, where she has been working on festival strategies for independent Asian cinema for young talents like Lei Lei, Wang Qiong, Dornaz Hajiha, Mouly Surya, and established filmmakers like Wang Xiaoshuai, Garin Nugroho, and Wang Bing who has two films at Cannes this year. She was also Commissioning Editor for ZINEBI.
